Did That Just Happen?

When I watched the news conference where the President produced his birth certificate for the entire nation to examine because the lie had finally been told enough to make it true enough to have to be denied.  I'm sitting in my home screaming "No Fucking Way!" "The President did not just show his ID to prove he can keep his job!" "This is such fucking bullshit, and the racist pigs behind this should burn in hell, not just for telling the lie but for making the lie about race. You couldn't just attack the man on his policies or his views, you had to throw this shit up again. It reminds me of the great Richard Pryor routine where he talks about why racist invective is so damaging in any argument, "damn, he done called me a nigga, now the shit is racial"...when it didn't have to be.  Look, I don't mind the little Klan reminder that a black man will never, ever be welcome here, but I got a huge problem with the complete lack of respect for the office and for the democratic process.  This didn't and shouldn't be about race but for some reason, even when black folk aint thinking about it, some white people sure in the fuck are thinking about it.  So once again, here we go down the road of what some white people (and a few black folk hoping to be on the winning side when the next wave of "change" comes along) will call a legitimate question regarding some discrepancies in a birth certificate, to what most black folk call just another black man being pulled over and made to show some form of ID because we had some shit turn up missing around here and someone said it was a nigga that looked just like you.  Maybe that's what bothers me so much about what happened....the President of the United States was niggerized.  He was made to feel like every black male under the age of 80 because we have all been victims of the random shake down, even Skip Gates in his own fucking house!  And it really shouldn't have me salty at all because you can't be a black man in America and not know you are going to be shaken down at some point by some law enforcement racist prick for no other reason than you are black and male.  Yeah, that shit did just happen, the President of the Muthfucking United States got shook down Officer Donald Trump of the Tea Party Mall Police.
