My Weiner Beef

Not that Rep. Weiner was all that when it comes to legislative accomplishment, still fairly young and full of emotional speeches but short on real deal getting it done kinda shit. But man did he have potential, like so many others, he had so much possible juice coming his way.  He was on his way to becoming the Liberal Rep of choice for outlets like MSNBC and that translates into serious national exposure. So what does he do?  He jumps the gun on the national exposure tip.  I guess what ties my thong in a square knot is that he had spent years developing quite the stud rep in DC, then finally decides he's going to settle down and scores a sho nuff top shelf premium gum drop out of Hillary's clique, and that's only a half step below a Kennedy. My man, just like the six time Mr. Olympia, you had everything you could have asked for and still it wasn't enough. Most of us would settle for a flirt from the girl at Walgreens while we pick up the wife's tampons. You had money, power, access and celebrity and instead of doing what the smart and powerful ones do, which is keep it on the super duper low low, you not only get caught you get caught on the super stupid. You knocked up the maid....you tweeted body pics with a face attached...these are not the mistakes of accomplished, educated, intelligent men. This is the kinda shit you expect from your 18 year old nephew who has been living off a trust fund and wouldn't know a job or responsibility if it hit him in his balls. Hey, lots of men take advantage of their position to taste the forbidden fruit, and you are pigs for doing it. But being stupid just compounds the sin and makes the rest of us not only look bad...it brings shame to the game...and that cannot be tolerated.
